Potential to Eliminate Capital Gains for Liquidity Events

INVEST

Invest eligible capital gains from the sale of any asset, such as stocks, real estate, or businesses, into EPIC OZ Fund I within 180 days of the sale.

DEFER

Defer paying capital gains taxes until December 31, 2026, or until selling investment in the fund, whichever comes first.

ELIMINATE

Hold investment for at least 10 years to potentially eliminate all capital gains taxes , providing a significant benefit.
